Withdrawal Period

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

In addition, WaveFit Pro offers a "30-day trial" guarantee.

You can therefore try the product at home and request a return within 30 days of receipt, even after reasonable use.

Conditions for accepting returns

The product must be returned:

complete
not broken
not intentionally damaged

Normal trial use is accepted.

In the event of abnormal wear or deterioration preventing resale, a partial retention may be applied in accordance with the law.

We will provide you with the return address.

You then have 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

We recommend sending with tracking.

Refund

After receiving and checking the product:

refund within a maximum of 14 days
via the original payment method

Original delivery costs are not refunded except in the case of a defective product.

or a full refund
