General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 – Seller Identity

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded between the Seller and any non-professional individual (hereinafter "the Customer").

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time of consultation.

Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).

Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order

The order becomes final after:

cart validation
acceptance of the GTC
full payment

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments are secured via the service providers offered on the site.
Banking data is never stored by the Seller.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page and in the confirmation email.

In any event, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after order validation.

The risk is transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the package.

In case of a damaged package, the Customer must report it to the carrier and customer service within 48 hours.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal & 30-day Trial

In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

In addition, the Seller offers a "30-day trial" guarantee.

The Customer can try the product at home.
If it does not suit them, they can request a return within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be returned complete.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except for defective products.

Article 8 – Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund is made within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from:

the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
the guarantee against hidden defects

These GTC are subject to French law.
